Veb Centar d.o.o.
Last updated: 4 August 2026.
1. Acceptance and scope
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website www.webcenter.me and its language versions („the Site"). By using the Site you confirm that you have read these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.
The Site is primarily an informational presentation of the services of Veb Centar d.o.o. Information, references, case studies and service descriptions are not a binding offer and not a guarantee of results, unless Veb Centar expressly states otherwise in writing.
2. Contracting our services
Sending the contact form, an e-mail or a request for a quote does not create a contract, does not oblige Veb Centar to accept the work, and does not oblige you to order it. The service, the price, the deadlines, the scope of work, intellectual property, liability, support and data processing are governed by a separate written quote, contract, purchase order or other document that Veb Centar expressly accepts.
3. Permitted use
You may use the Site lawfully, carefully, and in a way that does not harm its availability or security. The following are expressly prohibited: attempting unauthorised access; disrupting operation, scanning or testing without permission; introducing malicious code; bulk collection of content or contact data; misrepresenting your identity; and using the Site contrary to the law or to the rights of third parties.
4. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the design of the Site, its texts, graphics, photographs, logos, code, databases and other copyright or related rights belong to Veb Centar or to its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may view the Site and make temporary technical copies for ordinary use of it. Without prior written permission you may not reproduce, alter, publish, distribute or commercially exploit the content of the Site.
The names, trade marks and materials of clients shown in the portfolio may belong to their owners; showing a reference grants no permission to use them and does not mean a standing partnership, an endorsement, or a transfer of rights.
5. Your content and communication
You are responsible for the data, documents and other content you send us. You confirm that you hold the rights and authority to submit them, and that the content is not unlawful, harmful, confidential without permission, or otherwise in breach of the rights of third parties. Please do not send data that does not need to be transferred, or special categories of data, through the general contact form.
6. Third party links
The Site may contain links to platforms, social networks or other third party websites. Those sites are not under our control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy rules. You visit them at your own risk.
7. Availability and limitation of liability
We provide the Site „as is" and „as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the Site will be continuously available, error free, secure or free of viruses, nor that all information is at all times complete, accurate or current. We take reasonable steps to maintain the Site, but we may change it, restrict it or suspend it temporarily without prior notice.
To the extent permitted by applicable mandatory law, Veb Centar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damage, including but not limited to lost profit, loss of data, loss of business opportunity or business interruption, arising from the use of or the inability to use this Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including consumer rights where they apply.
8. Privacy and cookies
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, and the use of cookies by our Cookie Policy. Those policies form part of the information about using the Site.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Montenegro, unless the mandatory rules of the consumer’s country of habitual residence provide a higher level of protection. The courts of Montenegro have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, except where mandatory rules provide for a different jurisdiction. Before starting any proceedings, please contact us at office@webcenter.me so that we can try to resolve the dispute amicably.
10. Changes and contact
We may amend these Terms from time to time. A new version applies from the moment it is published on the Site, without prejudice to rights already governed by a separate contract. Questions can be sent to office@webcenter.me.
