A recruitment campaign, made digital

Budi Vojnik is the official recruitment portal of the Ministry of Defence of Montenegro, bringing every route into the armed forces together in one place: study at military academies at home and abroad, entry into professional service, voluntary military service, cadet scholarships, civilian posts and summer military camps for secondary school students.

The audience is young people making a career decision for the first time, so the site was written as a guide rather than an official notice. Every path into the forces is explained through its requirements, the physical and medical assessments and the application process, and the application itself is submitted online with the candidate selecting the programme they are after. News, public calls, galleries and an overview of units and equipment fill in a picture a candidate would otherwise never get to see.
