Dragišnica and Komarnica Nature Park – digital presentation of a protected area

The Dragišnica and Komarnica Nature Park covers almost three thousand hectares in the north-west of Šavnik municipality, on the border of Durmitor National Park. The territory takes in the Dragišnica forest complex, the Nevidio canyon and the Boljske grede ridges, with the Skakavica waterfall and the Komarnica and Grabovica rivers, and it is open for canyoning, hiking and cycling.

A protected area has two audiences that rarely overlap: visitors and professionals. The site separates them by presenting the localities and activities as a destination, with descriptions, access routes and photography, while conservation documents, educational content and public calls are given sections of their own. Three languages — Montenegrin, English and French match the profile of the tourists who come to Šavnik for Nevidio.
