L&L Skin – one store, four markets

L&L Skin is the official distributor of Japanese cosmetics and facial and body care devices for Montenegro, Serbia, Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The range runs from serums, creams and masks to RF, EMS and ultrasound devices, LED masks and IPL hair removal units — from an everyday routine to treatments that until recently belonged in a salon.

The shop therefore had to explain, not merely display. Categories separate cosmetics from devices, descriptions cover the technology and how it is used, and a blog and FAQ section accompany the customer buying a home device for the first time. Delivery and card payment are set up for all four markets, and the site is available in Montenegrin and English.
