One agency, three fleets

Boka Adriatic is a port agency in Bijela, founded in 1999, representing shipowners in Montenegrin ports and providing agency services to three kinds of vessel: cruise ships, yachts and naval vessels. The work covers berths, tugs, supplies, bunkering, storage and full support for crew and passengers during a port call.

This is pure B2B, where the decision is taken by an operations desk abroad, often under time pressure. The site is therefore spare and precise: the three service lines are clearly separated, availability and contacts are put where they can be found at once, and policy documents, the anti-bribery policy among them, are available to download because partners routinely ask for them before contracting.
