Perfectum is an accounting agency based in Podgorica that provides both local and international clients with three closely connected services: company formation, bookkeeping and assistance with obtaining residence permits. A significant share of its clients are entrepreneurs who are just starting a business in Montenegro and for whom navigating the administrative process can be the first major hurdle.

The website was therefore designed to explain the process rather than simply present a list of services. Each service guides users through the relevant steps, required documentation and expected timelines, removing much of the uncertainty before the first contact. Available in four languages: English, Montenegrin, Russian and Turkish — the website also provides direct contact options through Viber, Telegram and WhatsApp, making it easier for clients to get in touch before they even arrive in Montenegro.
