GP Mićoni operates on a “design and build” model, combining design and construction within a single company. This means the investor works with one partner throughout the entire process instead of having to coordinate between a designer and a contractor. In addition to design and construction services, the company also develops its own investment projects.

This model is also the key value the website is designed to communicate, which is why it has its own dedicated section explaining what an integrated process means for timelines, risk and responsibility before visitors even reach the projects. Current projects are presented separately from completed references, while the gallery and the company’s own investments have dedicated sections. A newsletter also allows the company to stay connected with investors who are planning their next project.
